2. You will tell me the following information....
A. Where the Emperor was born.
B. The Years they ruled over the Roman Empire.
C. Major accomplishments during the Emperors reign.
D. Legacy.

3. You will discuss whether the Emperor was a good or bad ruler, giving specific examples.
